RapidVector® Contact Form Module

RapidVector® Contact Form is designed for those who would like to quickly build various contact forms for their site. This module has several pre-build formats to choose from.

Email Contact Form: Only Name and Email fields.
Quick Contact Form: Name, Email and Comments fields.
Contact Form: Name, Email, Phone and Comments fields.
Detailed Contact Form: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email, Address1, Address2, Country, State, City, Zip, Phone and comments fields.
Careers Form: First Name, Last Name, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Phone, Email, Paste Resume (Text Format), Comments and an attachment fields.

The input is emailed to site administrators and also a copy of the input is saved in the database so the site administrator can view later, and even can upload to an spread sheet.
